What counts, and what does not
Counted
An order Affiliatant credited to one of your affiliates, counted in the month it happened. One per order.
Not counted
Clicks. Visits. Affiliates. Orders with no affiliate behind them. Test conversions. Conversions that were reversed or refunded.
If you go over
Every conversion is still recorded, attributed and priced. The console shows the figure and names the band that fits. Overage is never billed automatically.
Questions people ask before signing up
Is the free band a trial?
No. It has no time limit and carries every feature the paid bands carry. Stay under the ceiling and it stays free.
What happens to my affiliates if I stop paying?
The account returns to the free band. Tracking links keep working, affiliates keep their logins and their balances, and nothing is deleted.
Do you pay my affiliates for me?
No. Affiliatant calculates what each affiliate is owed, produces the self-billed invoice with the correct VAT treatment, and gives you a file listing who to pay and how much. You make the payment from your own bank, PayPal or Wise account.
What support do I get?
The same on every band, including the free one. Tickets are raised from inside your console, answered by a person, and there is no ticket allowance. We do not publish a response time yet because we have not run this long enough to know one we could keep.
Can I move an existing programme over?
Yes. Affiliates import in bulk with their existing codes. Affiliatant can run alongside your current platform so you can compare the two before switching anything off.
